- Trade Mark Protection in a Post-Brexit Era - |

Following Brexit, protection of trade marks previously registered as EU trade marks has been split between the UK and EU, with a trade mark owner needing to demonstrate use in each jurisdiction separately. |
|
After 31 December 2025, UK registrations cloned from EU registrations could be vulnerable to revocation if they have not been genuinely used in the UK. |
